A customer taps their phone against it or scans the code, your Google review page opens, and they write the review themselves.

- iPhone 7 and later. iOS reads NFC tags straight from the lock screen on iPhone XS and later; iPhone 7 to X need the NFC reader in Control Centre.

- The printed QR code works with any phone camera, including phones without NFC.
- Customers must be signed in to a Google account to post a review. The card opens the Google review form — it never posts or writes anything itself.
