5. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Google Review Card! If you are not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:

✅ Returns:

• Non-customized products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
• Customized cards (with your logo/branding) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

✅ Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your card arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
