How quickly will I get a reply in Australia?
We reply to every enquiry from Australia within one working day, usually much sooner. Orders placed before our daily production cut-off are still checked and confirmed the same day.
Can you check my artwork or logo before printing?
Yes. Send your logo (PNG, SVG or PDF) with your message and we'll send back a free proof showing exactly how your card, stand or plaque will look before anything is produced.
Do you offer bulk or multi-location pricing?
We do. Volume discounts start at three units and scale up to 20% for larger orders, and franchise or multi-site groups can have separate artwork per location on one invoice.
What if my NFC card needs to point to a different review link later?
Our NFC cards are re-writable. Message us with your order number and we'll walk you through re-programming the card to a new Google review link at no cost.
